Videoconferencing
When planning a videoconference, you must first schedule a room through the appropriate room scheduling office. If you would like to conduct a video, audio or Web conference in one of these facilities, you will also need to contact either SOM Technology Services or VCU Media Support Services to schedule teleconferencing support and/or training.

Audience Repsponse System
The School of Medicine’s ARS is portable and can be used in large lecture halls or small conference rooms on the MCV Campus. Up to 200 audience members can participate. See Audience Response System for more information.
