STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS (NO FEE)

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS are available from the Registrar's Office of the School of Medicine located in Sanger Hall, Room 1-007 and on the web via Student Records System.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS are available from the Registrar's Office of the School of Medicine located in Sanger Hall, Room 1-007 or may be requested by completing the TRANSCRIPT - DEAN'S LETTER REQUEST FORM and mailing to:

UNOFFICIAL and OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS may be requested by submitting in writing, either by letter or by using the TRANSCRIPT- DEAN'S LETTER REQUEST FORM. Please mail letter or form with a check made payable to VCU SCHOOL OF MEDICINE to Heather C. Davison at the above address.

VCU School of Medicine requires the signature of the student or alumnus requesting his/her transcript.
