  • Censure
    Censure is a written warning advising that the individual has been judged guilty of conduct which violates the above rights and responsibilities and that the individual must avoid recurrence of conduct which violates the above. Censure is an official warning and is not reported to external agencies as a disciplinary action.
  • Probation
    Probation is a written warning indicating that the individual has been judged guilty of conduct which violates the above rights and responsibilities. An individual who is charged with another violation may be considered for separation or dismissal.
  • Public Service and/or Educational Experience
    Public service may be within the University or in the larger community and should ideally bear some relationship to the offense committed.
  • Separation and Dismissal
    Separation may be given for a definite period of time up to two years. A Dismissal will be for an indefinite period.
