    This document decribes the initiative to enhance the diversity of the MCV Campus and Health System at all levels.  Included are outreach programs and summer research initiatives that are directed to the enhancement of minority recruitment and retention.

Center on Health Disparities Web Site

      This site includes information on programs seeking to enhance the growth in the numbers of individuals from underrepresented populations in VCU programs.   These appear in the Pipeline Programs  section of this site.
