VCUHS HOUSESTAFF COUNCIL
MISSION & PURPOSEThe members of the Housestaff Council are selected by their VCUHS residency programs annually. The Council advocates for and represents the interests of all Housestaff. The Chair is a voting member of the GMEC and the Council assists in securing appropriate Housestaff membership on other institutional committees. The Council provides a forum in which to communicate and exchange ideas, address problems, and explore issues that affect the work environment and their educational programs. The Council also organizes and participates in charity and social activities.
