Gifts to Annual Fund Flowered Dresses Dollar into Bowl
Gifts to the Annual Fund make possible several milestone events in the medical school, including Match Day. This year’s Hawaiian theme inspired students to don flowered dresses, shirts and leis. Pictured from left to right: Helen Lawler, Sara Lane and Klara Rosenquist. Denny Davis drops a dollar into a bowl—it’s tradition for the money to go to the student whose name is called last.

Family and friends gathered with the students to celebrate Match Day. Dr. Ike Wood, Associate Dean for Students Affairs, called the names. As the students came forward, Janet Mundie handed out the envelopes. Stephanie Lehrhoff, Brian Strife and Mary Piazza Mailberger open an envelope.
