The Office of Faculty and Instructional Development at the School of Medicine encourages all departments and divisions to support and actively promote mentoring. We maintain a collection of articles and texts on the subject of mentoring and have listed many pertinent pieces in the following bibliography. Many of the School of Medicine faculty have experienced positive mentoring relationships,
and are willing to assist individuals, departments and divisions in any way.
