- WISDM Professional Development Seminars
As part of career development opportunities in the VCU School of Medicine, professional development seminars are sponsored by WISDM—Women in Science, Dentistry, and Medicine faculty Organization—and the Office of Faculty Affairs. The goal of the seminars is to help further the professional goals of women faculty, students and trainees in medicine, science and dentistry. Our men colleagues as well as colleagues in other disciplines are also invited to participate in these programs. - WISDM Anual Pathways to Leadership Conference
This annual program—now in its 16th year—promotes professional development through enhancement of leadership skills. Participants will gain skills that will enhance personal growth and advance careers. The conference also provides an opportunity to network with other professionals and share advice and experiences.
