CPDE conducts 15 - 20 major annual conferences each year; many
in cooperation with various clinical departments, plus numerous
additional educational offerings in disaster
readiness. The intent of these conferences is to provide
physicians and health care professionals with clinically useful
information, as well as networking and recreational activities with
family and colleagues. Many of CPDE's annual conferences
are held in resort areas such as Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
CPDE regularly sponsors continuing medical education activities
nationwide.
