National Campaign Council

The largest Campaign of the School of Medicine's 167-year history is currently underway. The success of this $87-million Campaign is vitally important for our School, as it will support each of the School's long-standing core values: a life-changing learning experience for our students, exceptional care for the sick, and a pioneering curiosity for medical research and discovery.

The goals and directions of the Campaign will be guided in large part by a group of alumni and friends who form the National Campaign Council. Led by Drs. Wyatt S. Beazley III, M'61, Erika M. Blanton, H'73, and Harry I. Johnson, Jr., M'53, Council members are passionate in their desire to strengthen the School through increased philanthropy and are committed to assisting the School’s development program.

Council members assist the medical school's Associate Dean for Development Tom Holland in devising campaign plans and strategies. You can contact Tom Holland at (800) 332-8813, (804) 828-3800 or at tehollan@vcu.edu.
