• VCU Chapter of the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students (MAPS) [E-mail]
  MAPS provides pre-health students, primarily underrepresented in medicine, with knowledge, skills and experiences that are both prerequisite and concomitant to professional participation in health care fields.
• Multicultural Affairs Advisory Board (MAAB)
  The Multicultural Affairs Advisory Board coordinates and develops projects that are targeted towards the recruitment, retention and development of students and faculty of the School of Medicine who are members of groups underrepresented in medicine. The Board is dedicated to the interests of underrepresented groups as well as providing needed support to those who are members of other groups, who have similar concerns within the VCUHS community.
