Banner and eVA

All unit support personnel doing purchasing will need eVA access. Additionally, anyone in units who holds a VCU Pcard will also need eVA access. Training is required before access can be granted and yearly recertification is necessary for all eVA users.

Units will be responsible for completing Banner receiving for requisitions once they have been physically received. Like eVA, training is required before access can be granted, and yearly recertification is necessary.

Please check VCU Training for appropriate training sessions. You can enter either VA or Banner as a keyword to pull up available classes. Once you’ve completed the necessary training and any required tests, notify Chuck Redden so that he can request access and/or complete the Pcard application form.
