  • Timeline
    The budget process begins in February and concludes in March.
  • Guidance/Instructions
    This information may be found under VCU SOM and MCVP forms in the Budget and Planning Documents and Forms section on the My Budget tab of the Lawson Portal.
  • Templates (i.e. faculty recruitment spreadsheets)
    This information can also be found on the Lawson Portal.

Reporting requirements
Departments are required to send the Dean’s Office a quarterly MCVF report listing the current fund balances.
